Symptoms

When attempting to process shipping transactions, there some sales order
with multiple lines and some of the lines are shipped and interfaced. There
are four order lines which cannot be shipped as the delivery number is not
generated. When trying to generate delivery via "Auto-create deliveries"
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Error: Delivery line nnnnnn400 is already assigned to delivery nnnnnn468.
------------------------------------
Error: Deliveries could not be automatically created. The lines may already be assigned to existing deliveries.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Order Organizer > Query Sales Order: nnnn366
3. Header: Booked
4. Line 1.13 Line Flow - Generic Awaiting Shipping 1008 HP Internal Line Order Internal Y Y
5. Delivery Detail ID For Line 1.13 > (SPLIT) > Qty 4
