Symptoms
After upgrading Enterprise Command Center (ECC) from Version V6 to V9, the General Ledger Command Center Function is missing in the General Ledger Responsibility.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the General Ledger Responsibility.
2. The "General Ledger Command Center" Function is missing.

ECC Upgraded from V6 to V9.
