The 'Attachment Orders' Deduction for 'Court Order NTPP' Element Is Incorrect Calculated as 0 in SOE (Statement of Earnings) for the Next Payroll Period (Doc ID 2945691.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement

The Court Order NTPP element having Type 'AEO : Attachment of Earnings Order' is not deducted and is incorrectly calculated as 0 (zero) in the SOE (Statement of Earnings) form for the next Payroll Period. It was calculated correctly in the first month, but in the next payroll period is coming as 0, even though there wasn't any change to the element since the initial setup.


Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to UK HRMS Responsibility.
2. Navigate to People > Enter and maintain > search one employee.
3. Go to Assignments > Element Entries.
4. Add Court Order NTPP element having Type 'AEO : Attachment of Earnings Order' for the current period.
5. Navigate to View > Request > Submit a New Request > Run the Payroll Run UK process for the current period >> check SOE >> the 'Attachment Orders' deduction for 'Court Order NTPP' element is correctly calculated in the SOE.
6. Navigate to View > Request > Submit a New Request > Run the Payroll Run UK process for the next period >> check SOE >> the 'Attachment Orders' deduction for 'Court Order NTPP' element is incorrectly calculated as 0 in the SOE.
