MSCA Screen Returns Junk Characters After Scanning 2D Barcode (Doc ID 2945692.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Mobile Supply Chain Applications (MSCA) client returns junk characters with 2D barcode scanning across all screens.
The same barcode works fine using Telnet.

Example : Barcode Scanned : 30808742;313;SH;VB238
Returned Value : 30808742;3!#:SH;VB238

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Switch to Whse Mgmt
2. Go to Inquiry->LPN
3. Scan the 2D barcode and see the text displayed. It shows junk characters.
