"ORA-01403: No Data Found" Error When Try To Query The Address List Of Values In The Service Request Header Or Task Tab (Doc ID 2945931.1)

When trying to query the address List Of Values(LOV) in the task tab or Service Request header the following error occurs.

ERROR

 ORA-01403: no data found


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Applications with Service Responsibility
2. Navigate to Service Requests >Create Service Requests
3. Query for a Service Request and click on Address LOV  ,Observe above error
4. Go to Tasks tab
5. select task > click on Address LOV
