NL: Value under Tag <versieBericht> Is Wrong in the XML Process Output After Running Dutch ABP Report Process (Doc ID 2946076.1)

Problem Statement:

While reviewing the XML process output after running "Dutch ABP Report" process, it was discovered that tag "<versieBericht>" is not holding the correct value.
For example: The value under tag "<versieBericht>" for December 2022 period should be "APG2022.1", not "APG2023.1".

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Using HRMS Responsibility.
2. (N) People > Enter and Maintain > Query for employee > Assignment > Make Retro Salary change (for example: from January 2019).
3. (N) Process and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Run "Dutch RetroPay (Enhanced)" process for current payroll period (for example: January 2023).
4. (N) Process and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Run "Dutch ABP Report Archiver" process for last period of previous year (for example: December 2022).
5. (N) Process and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Run "Dutch ABP Report" using the above "Request ID' as the "Archiver Request ID" parameter and with "Output Type" parameter "Dutch ABP XML Report" for relevant "Reporting Year" (for example: 2022).
6. After 'Dutch ABP Report' process is completed, check process output > Observe that tag '<versieBericht> </versieBericht>' is not holding the correct value.
