UK: YTD (Year-To-Date) Values for PAYE Aggregated Employees Are Missing from the FPS Reconciliation Report After Running RTI - Full Payment Submission Process (FPS) Concurrent Program (Doc ID 2946124.1)

Problem Statement

After running RTI - Full Payment Submission Process (FPS) process, when checking the FPS Reconciliation Report, the YTD (Year-To-Date) values for 'Taxable Pay', 'Total Tax' and 'Emp Pen Cont paid' are missing from the output of the report, for the PAYE Aggregated Employees having one active assignment paid and other assignments skipped in that period.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to UK HRMS Responsibility.
2. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request:
3. Run 'Payroll Run UK' process for the relevant payroll period.
4. Run 'Prepayments' process for the relevant payroll period.
5. Run 'RTI - Full Payment Submission Process (FPS)' process for the relevant payroll period.
6. Go to 'RTI FPS Run Reconciliation Report' process, which is automatically spawned in the previous step 5.
7. Go to 'View Output' of the 'RTI FPS Run Reconciliation Report' process and observe that YTD values are missing.
