Symptoms

 ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Config and model lines are stuck in an Awaiting Fulfillment status and will not progress on to invoicing.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expectation is that lines fulfill and progress to invoicing and then closure since they have shipped and interfaced successfully.


STEPS

Issue cannot be reproduced at will.
