No Records Fetched In Organization LOV When Find Option Is Clicked In The Claim Approval Rule (Doc ID 2946585.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Unable to query claim approval rules set up prior to EBS upgrade to 12.2.10. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expectation is claim approval rules should be available for respective organization.

STEPS
-----------------------
1) Responsibility: Oracle Trade Management User
2) Navigation: Administration > Trade Management > Approval Rule
3) Click on Approval Rule and Approval type -> Select Claim
4) Click on Find.
5) In the organization LOV, enter '%%’ and search
6) No record found

 

Changes

 EBS Upgrade to 12.2.10.
