Problem Statement:

After submitting Full Payment Submission (FPS) to HMRC (His Majesty's Revenue and Customs), the following response is received:

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Under HRMS Manager Responsibility.

2. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request:
    2.a) Run 'Payroll Run UK' process for the relevant payroll period.
    2.b) Run 'Prepayments' process for the relevant payroll period.
    2.c) Run 'RTI - Full Payment Submission Process (FPS) 2022/23' process for the relevant payroll period
          OR run 'RTI - Full Payment Submission Process (FPS) 2023/24' process for the relevant payroll period.

3. Navigate to HMRC Transactions > Submit Files to HMRC > Query for above FPS > Upload.

4. Check 'View HMRC Response' and observe above message.
