Order Management ECC incremental load is failing with following error:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User / Sysadmin
2. Use ECC to load ont-rlines > incremental load
3. Receive error: ORA-00936: missing expression

Note: Full load works as expected, no error.
