Symptoms

Security List Maintenance job is getting failed with below errors and creating huge output file on server

ERROR
-----------------------

ORA-21560: argument 3 is null, invalid, or out of range

ORA-01652: unable to extend temp segment by 128 in tablespace TEMP1


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Oracle HRMS -> US HRMS Manager -> View -> Request ->Submit new Request
2. Submit Security List Maintenance
3. Check log for error
