On : 12.2.10 version, Catalog Shopping

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to Add to Cart for a requisition in iProcurement after application of April CPU Patches.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that when adding items to shopping cart the items will be there

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click on Non-Catalog request tab
2. Enter the required fields
3. Click on Add to Cart
4. Nothing happens and items do not display in shopping cart

Changes

This occurred after April 2023 CPU patches were applied:

Patch 35004302:R12.PO.D
Patch 35319927:R12.PO.D
