Collection Element Not Being Populated In Quality Collection Plan (Doc ID 2947014.1)

User added a new Collection Element to a Plan.

The Collection Element A was populated first using an Action Rule. This was working until user added a second Action Rule for the same plan did not work.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps using any responsibiliy that can update Collection Plan:
1.Query Plan > Pick Collection Element with an action rule to assign a value to a different element. > Click Actions and add a second action rule to assign a value to a different collection element. >
