After Applying Patch 35173872:R12.PER.C Employee Receives Stale Data Error While Submitting Objectives for Approval (Doc ID 2947400.1)

Symptoms

After applying patch 35173872:R12.PER.C employees receives the following error on Set Objectives page after submitting scorecard, but only when the plan includes automatic approval of objectives:

ERROR: The requested page contains stale data. This error could have been caused through the use of the browser's navigation buttons (the browser Back button, for example).

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps


1. Using Employee Self Service responsibility.

2. Navigate to Performance Management page.

3. Go to Performance Management Task list.

4. Select "Go to Task" for Set Objectives task.

5. Create objectives and submit.

6. Get error.
