OAS 6.4 (OBI Part) Changed XSL Contents After Uploading Template When Creating A New Report (Doc ID 2947460.1)

After uploading XSL file in /xmlp server there is change in file content.

The element fo:external-graphic drops "src=" and it cause the following error popup.

The report cannot be rendered because of an error, please contact the administrator.

Error Details

Expected name instead of /.
