Symptoms

While booking a Sales Order from Depot Repair, the following error is displayed.

Errors
In when others exception[ORA-01086: savepoint 'BOOK_SALES_ORDER' never established in this session or is invalid.
ORA-06512: at "APPS.CSD_PROCESS_PVT" , line 5246
ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception
ORA-06512: at "APPS.CSD_PROCESS_PVT" , line 4906]

Steps
(R) Depot Repair Manager
(N) Depot Repair > Repair Orders
Create RO
Click on Logistics like
Select a link and click Book Selected

Error above is displayed.
