Symptoms

Task is not getting the SR address when a Task is auto created based on SR status transition. When users create task manually on the SR, task has the address but when they autocreate task on the SR , the task does not show address on the Dispatcher Grid.

Steps
(R) Service
(N) Service Requests > Find/Create Service Requests
Create SR
Change Status to Working On-Site

Task is created without an address.
