Enable Descriptive Flexfields (DFF) on Dispute workbench to save additional information in the Attribute columns of RA_CM_REQUESTS_ALL table.

Navigation:

  1. Responsibility: Collections Agent > Collections
  2. Query up an Organization
  3. Go to Transactions tab
  4. Click on Transaction Details button
