Error when trying to save a revised component to disable from parent item using Engineering Change Order(ECO). The component does exist on the Bill.

Please chose an existing combination.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Engineering > ECOs > ECO
2. Create ECO for revised item(listed above 1003) > Try to add component 10025
3. Unable to add this component on the ECO > See error > Please chose an existing combination
