Old Cycle Counts in various statuses (Pending Approval, Uncounted, Recount) do not appear in Cycle Count form but appear via SQL.

The "Old Cycle Counts" would mean pending counts from a few months back.

STEPS - Form : Do not find items on cycle count via form.

1. Navigate to Inventory > Counting> Cycle Count Entries form > Query cycle count name and enter date

2. Some expected pending cycle counts are missing.

STEPS - SQL: Do find items in SQL.

1. Confirm the cycle count header id with SQL based on the cycle count name:

3. Users noted that they see more cycle count entries via SQL that they saw on the Form.

Changes

Found that the item setup was changed. The item was changed from cycle count enabled = Yes to No.
