Symptoms

Serial numbers selected from Mobile client during Ship Confirm process are not visible on the forms. 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order management > Shipping > Shipping transactions > Query for delivery > Ship Confirm > Query/enter serial numbers (via Tools/Serial Numbers)
2. None of the serial numbers were displayed or could be selected.
