Payment Process Request(PPR) gets completed with Error:
"Document payable was failed because its parent payment was failed"
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Navigate to Payables Responsibility > Payment Manager
2.Submit a Payment Process Request(PPR)
3.Payment Process Request got completed in error
