Symptoms

When trying to rollback payroll action or assignment action getting the following error:

APP-PAY-07507 Assignment action interlock rule failure when attempting to rollback assignment action for a payroll run for a primary assignment when there is a future dated assignment action for the secondary assignment.

Scenario:

Employee has 2 assignments.
Primary Assignment is processed in a Payroll
Secondary Assignment is processed in a Payroll
Primary Assignment is rolled back
Error is encountered
