Attempting to run the deployed rest service (FND_USER_PKG) using a postman with TLS 1.2 implemented. You get the following error.

1.  Applied the most recent Patch that is mentioned in Installing Oracle E-Business Suite Integrated SOA Gateway, Release 12.2 (Doc ID 1311068.1) (e.g. Patch 34766982:R12.OWF.C, ISG Consolidated Patch for Release 12.2 (23_1_1))

2.  https://EBSSERVER:port/webservices/rest/provider/isActive/  shows the below result:

<Output>ACTIVE</Output>

3.  Deploy "TestUserName" instance for FND_USER_PKG - Steps to test FND_USER_PKG Rest API using any REST client like Postman, SOAP UI or ARC (Doc ID 2649820.1)

4.  Error in the output.
