Symptoms
When using the AME Test Workbench to simulate Purchase Order or Requisition Approval flows receiving error
ERROR
"The transaction ID specified returned an incorrect number of rows for IGT_REQ_ALC. Ensure you specify a valid transaction ID and the dynamic query of the attribute returns correct number of rows."
Observations
1) Customer is not using G-Invoicing
2) This started to occur after upgrade from 12.1.x to 12.2.11
3) Actual Purchase Orders do not have this error while going through the AME Approval flow. The error only occurs while simulating approvals using the AME Test Workbench
4) The error may also appear like these and below and the same solution can be used
"The transaction ID specified returned an incorrect number of rows for IGT_REQ_GROUP. Ensure you specify a valid transaction ID and the dynamic query of the attribute returns correct number of rows."
"The transaction ID specified returned an incorrect number of rows for IGT_REQ_GROUP_ID. Ensure you specify a valid transaction ID and the dynamic query of the attribute returns correct number of rows."
Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the AME Business Analyst Responsibility
2. Open Test Workbench for Purchase Order Approval transaction type
3. Enter Transaction ID (PO_HEADERS_ALL.AME_APPROVAL_ID) and click Go
4. Get error
