While running adadmin Maintain Applications Database Entities > Create Grants and Synonyms worker is failing with below error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate the Adadmin utility
2. Invoke the Create Grants and Synonyms task
3. Fails on above stated task

Due to this issue, Adadmin utility can not be completed
