E-Signature For Manufacturing QA Results Data Using PL SQL (Doc ID 2949211.1)

Goal

User has a requirement to upload QA results data from backend along with E Signature which is part of OA framework.
After analysis they found interface table which in turn populates data into base table. However they did not any have an API or interface table which would help them to populate data in EDR_PSIG_DOCUMENTS, edr_psig_details for events EVENT_NAME='oracle.apps.qa.result.create', EVENT_NAME='oracle.apps.qa.result.update' using PL SQL code.
Is there any other way we can populate data in these table ?
