Symptoms
On : 12.1.2 version, Trading Partner Admin UI
When attempting to resend invoice with Redwood Theme,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
Error Code: 251
Error Message: The XML document being transformed has syntax errors
Cause: The XML document being transformed has syntax errors.
Part of the parsing error report is included in the error message for further diagnosis
Remedy: Correct syntax errors and resend document.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Monitor
2. Check the transaction id - XXXXXXXX
3. Resend the invoice
Observe that error message is sent and status shows ERROR on transaction monitor
