Goal
On : 12.2.12 version, Transaction Control
When a drop ship sales order is booked, order holds are applied to the order headers.
When the holds are manually release and the progress workflow box is checked, the workflow line does progress.
The workflow is stopped at Purchase Release Eligible. Status is: Notified
If I manually progress the line, the workflow progresses as expected and a record is inserted into the requisition interface table.
Expects that the line's workflow will progress after the hold is released.
