Unable To Remove The Override Email Address Using "Clear Override Address" Button

In EBS Workflow notification mailer "Clear Override Address" button is not working after setting override address for testing. The current override address remains and continues to be effective.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Connect to EBS application
2.Navigate to system administrator ->Oracle Application Manager->Workflow ->View Details->Set Override Address
3.Click on Clear Override address button
EBS upgraded to 12.2.11 from 12.1.3
