R12.PA - Error: CIVersChgDocAMImpl.createVersion: xCild is NULL While Creating New Change Order Version for an Existing Change Order (Doc ID 2949601.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to Create the Customer Change Order Version using existing Change Order,
the following error occurs.

CIVersChgDocAMImpl.createVersion: xCild is NULL



STEPS TO REPRODUCE
--------------------------
1. Go to Projects SU Responsibility > Projects: Delivery > Search the Project created > Click on Control Tab
2. Click on Change Orders > Create 'Design Review Change Order' from LOV and then Go
3. Enter the required details and click Apply
4. Click on Update Impact against the Change Order created
5. Enter the Agreement Information details and Click Create Version
6. Retest the issue
