When attempting to cancel a parts order in 'Backordered' status in MFS (Mobile Field Service), the following error occurs:

Your last transaction failed with the following message:
Sorry, this order cannot be cancelled as this order is already picked for release.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into MFS application.
2. Go to Parts Order and select an order in 'Backordered' status.
3. Try to cancel it.
