Configured Item Is Not Created After Clicking Finish From Configurator Screen When Using Configure Bills From Bills Of Material (BOMFDBOM) Form (Doc ID 2949725.1)

Symptoms

From Bills of material form, user is unable to Configure bill using Configurator for the item. Configurator window opens and options can be selected. After clicking finish, there are no errors. However, the cursor keeps spinning on Configurator form. From the back-end, see that routing got created but not bill for the same item.
  
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Inventory > Items >  Create the configured item (Based on model)
2. Go to Bills of material > Enter the item > Go to Components > Tools > Configure bill
3. Configurator window opens > Select the options > Finish
4. Configurator window keeps spinning, but cannot find any components on the Bill.
