On : 12.2.4 version, Other Inventory Issues

One or more items cannot be assigned to an organization due to the following error:

Steps

1. Navigate: Inventory > Items > Master Items
2. Query an existing item
3. Choose menu option Tools > Organization Assignment
4. Save and get the error

An inventory org with organization_code "ABC" was set up with Process enabled flag incorrectly set to "Y".
We have renamed the Org to XXX and disabled it.

We have created a new ALE Org, as the buiness needed to keep the ALE name.

There were 3 items assigned to the old org. We are unable to assign them to the new ALE org.
We get error: APP-FND-01934 as per screenshot

The items had stock addded & removed so there have been transactions.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Accidently created new org with Process enabled flag = Y
2. Assign 3 items to this org.
3. Disabled this org
4. Create a new ALE org and try to assign them to new ALE org and get the error
