While creating new record in "Non-Labor Resources" window, user enters Name of Non-Labor Resource,

When they want to select relevant Expenditure Type, the List Of Values does not show the Expenditure Type.

Projects Forms Responsibility --> Setup --> Expenditure --> Non- Labor Resources.

How can a Non-Labor Resource be added with a previously created Expenditure Type?
