Using BEE Spreadsheet Interface WebADI Takes More than 4 Minutes to Download Excel Template (Doc ID 2949972.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2 HRMS RUP16 version, US HR Statutory Reporting


Using BEE Spreadsheet Interface  to create a batch and it is takes almost 4 minutes for WebADI Excel to download.
Issue is happening for all users in both PROD and DEV.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to US HRMS Manager
2. Navigate to MIX
3. BEE Spreadsheet Interface
4. Click on Create Batch
WebADI excel takes approximately 4 minutes to download.
