When generating the ''Belgian VAT Annual Audit Report'', the eText file contains 9 digits for the Belgian VAT Number instead of 10 digits.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
==================
For the ''Belgian VAT Annual Audit Report'', the EText file should contain 10 digits instead of 9 for the Belgian VAT Number. As legal, there should be 10 digits + 2 letters for country code. The ''official'' structure of the TRN is: country code (BE) + 10 numerical characters.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to AP/AR Localization Responsibility
2. Go to View > Request > Submit a new request
3. Run ''Belgian VAT Annual Audit Report''
