License Plate (LPN) Not Marked For Verification Using "Verify Pick" During Picking on Mobile (Doc ID 2950283.1)

Symptoms

The License Plate Number (LPN) "Verify Picking" process shows no validation. No errors are shown. The LPN is not getting marked for verification. 

Read more about "Verify Picking" in <Note 2582054.1> that explains the process allowing the ability for users (pickers & shippers) to confirm the material picked during Load operation is same as what was confirmed by the users during picking process. It enables Warehouse Managers to track picking exceptions and take corrective measures to ensure on-hand (LPN's) shipped to customers have no picking discrepancies.

STEPS
1. Navigate to Inventory > Setup > Organizations > Organization Parameters : Enable verify pick process.
2. Navigate to system admin > system profiles > Set profile "WMS: Verify Own Picks" to Yes for the Mobile Supply Chain (MSCA) user.
3. Log in to MSCA application and navigate to responsibility: Whse Mgmt
4. Choose Inquiry menu > Verify Pick
5. Query for the LPN which shows no validation
