Symptoms
When attempting to receive the Proof of other coverage certification for Waive Medical plan, the following error occurs
APP-BEN-92968: You Have Elected To Enroll In 2 Medical Plans. The Maximum Allowed Is 1 (PLAN_OPTION_NAMES = Medical, Waive Medical)
Steps to reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to US Super HRMS Manager
2. Navigate to People > Benefits Service Center and query the person
3. Navigate to New Flex Enrollment form
4. Enroll in Waive Medical plan
5. Attempt to receive the Proof of other coverage certification for Waive Medical plan
