Symptoms
When upgrading EBS application from 12.2.x to 12.2.11 by applying Patch 31856789 - ORACLE E-BUSINESS SUITE 12.2.11 RELEASE UPDATE PACK, the following error is displayed:
The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

An error occurred while generating Oracle Forms library files.
