When attempting to 'Initiating Deployment' from Canada Business Group to Other Business Groups,
the following error occurs.

Invalid ROE Reason code has been selected. Please select a valid reason code for the profile option selected


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with Destination Business Group , HR - SuperUser - US BG Responsibility
2. N> Global Deployment > Enter Destination BG " GlobalLogic US" > Create a deployment proposal and approve it for an employee
3. Click on 'Initiating Deployment' pencil Icon.
4. Getting above mentioned error.
