Symptoms

When attempting to run Report "Customer Open Balance Letter", the following error occurs in the Log file:

ERROR

REP-1814: Report cannot be formatted. Object 'horizontally' can never fit within 'F_ADD4'.
REP-0069: Internal error
REP-57054: In-process job terminated:Terminated with error:
REP-1814: Report cannot be formatted. Object 'horizontally' can never fit within 'F_ADD4'.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Menu > View > Requests

         1. Submit a New Request > Single Request
         2. Select from LOV > Customer Open Balance Letter
         3. Provide the parameter > Submit

Changes

 Upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.11
