Getting "Authentication Failed" When Output Is Saved Using "Save Page As" From A Browser (Doc ID 2951059.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, Basic SysAdmin functions, maintenance

Getting "Authentication failed" when after viewing a text report in a browser, we choose "Save Page As" to save the report to the desktop.

This is happening in both Firefox and Edge.

Firefox version 102.9.0esr (64-bit)
Edge version 102.9.0esr (64-bit)
the following error occurs.

ERROR

"Authentication failed"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run  report from apps
2. When report completed
3. View the output via Browser
4. Choose "Save Page As" to save the report to the desktop getting the error.

Note:
This is happening in both Firefox and Edge.
