Symptoms
On : 12.2.8 version, Batches
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Cannot find Batch Group Management data if Items have mixed case letters.
Input product item in find window Product field. System auto change all item letters to uppercase, message show error “FRM-40350:Query caused no records to be retrieved.”
But, real Batch exists.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
They need to find batches by searching with item code with mixed case letters.
