Symptoms
When attempting to generate the Invoice for a Reversal Expenditure transaction, the following error occurs.
ERROR

No exchange rate for funding currency
STEPS
-----------
1. Navigate to the Projects Responsibility > View > Requests
2. Run 'PRC: Generate Draft Invoices for a Single Project' for Reversal Expenditure transaction
3. Retest the issue.
