PAXEXCPD:EXC: Transaction Exception Details by PA Period Displays ¨Undefined Exception¨ in Output (Doc ID 2951551.1)

Symptoms

When running PRC: Interface Supplier Costs data is not being interfaced to Projects. The user then runs EXC: Transaction Exception Details by PA Period and the following exception is displayed in the output:
  Exception Reason: Undefined
  Corrective Action: Undefined
Steps to reproduce:
  1. Using a Projects responsibility, navigate to > Other > Requests > Run.
  2. Run PRC: Interface Supplier Costs but no data is interfaced.

  3. Run EXC: Transaction Exception Details Report by PA Period.
