Symptoms
On : 12.2.10 version, Patch Application Issues
After migrating the EBS application from on-premise to cloud, while running the prepare phase post the fs_clone, the below error is returned.

ERRORMSG: Directory $PATCH_TOP does not exists
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. adop phase=prepare
2. Getting above mentioned error.
