ECC Full Data Load Fails With "ECC-0004 Error while formatting data --> Document SolrInputDocument" Error Validating DFF Date Format (Doc ID 2951787.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, ECC Purchasing

After applying patches for ECC v9 (from ECC v7), when attempting to run full load for procurement data using PO PCC ECC Data Load (po-pcc-orders), the following error occurs:

ERROR 4.o.e.i.u.services.impl.IndexerImpl - job failed with error code:ECC-0004 Error while formatting data --> Document SolrInputDocument

failed to be ingested exception details:
oracle.ecc.exeption.InvalidFormatException: Error while converting the date field (PO_ORD_LL_ORIG_PROMISED_DATE) from string to date format because of invalid date value 2023/03/14. Hence the whole record is skipped from ingestion


Steps to reproduce:
  1. Navigate to ECC Developer responsibility
  2. Choose 'Data Load Submission' from the left menu
  3. Enter the parameters
       ApplicationName : Procurement
       Data Set : Orders po-pcc-orders
       Load Type : Full Load
