Symptoms

API HZ_CUST_ACCOUNT_V2PUB create_cust_account though Oracle E-Business Suite Integrated SOA Gateway (ISG) is completing with status E and returning results as follows:

  <X_ACCOUNT_NUMBER xsi:nil="true"/>
  <X_PARTY_ID xsi:nil="true"/>
  <X_PARTY_NUMBER xsi:nil="true"/>
  <X_PROFILE_ID xsi:nil="true"/>
  <X_RETURN_STATUS>E
  <X_MSG_COUNT>2
  <X_MSG_DATA xsi:nil="true"/>


The API should show the actual errors encountered.
